    課程設置：
    學術英語課程可直接進入大學銜接課程或大學裡學習。與訓練有素，經驗豐富的教師學習，學生能以完全的大學生身份，進入並使用大學的設施和活動。本課程分為6個級別，每個班級約10至15名學生。該課程主要集中在閱讀，寫作，聽力和口語，以幫助為來學習並了解美國大學的學習風格。

    精心挑選的寄宿家庭，都歡迎國際學生到他們的家園中。現有家庭的數量有限，而學生的數量必須達到一定的標準。

    國際生活學習中心
    許多學生將被放置在新的國際生活學習中心，所有的INTO課程，教室，禮堂和住宅空間提供給超過300個國際和國內的學生。
    盡一切努利安排國際學生與美國室友居住。這種多元的文化環境提供了國際擁有國際經驗的機會。導師都是經過專業訓練，

    校外住房是提供給所有預計進入研究所，正在進行銜接課程的學生。校外研究生的住房特點：公寓式的生活：有私人浴室及四間臥室，
    共用客廳，設備齊全的廚房，配套齊全的臥室和休息室，酒店靠近INTO俄勒岡州立大學中心，需要9個月的合約。

在課堂上常會玩有趣的遊戲，老師不論怎麼樣都會鼓勵你做的很好。學校在每天也會有不同的活動，像我有和同學一起參加球類運動，也有和學校的旅行團一起去滑雪，感覺生活很多采多姿又沒有考試的壓力。
是一個大都市，雖然也有一些不錯的景點，也可以在路上看到各式各樣各個國家的人，這人多車多的大城市，還真不習慣，我花了好幾天才適應過來。這次是我第一次自己一個人出國，除了待兩個月唸語言學校，結束後我還再到旅行，感覺這趟旅程最大的收穫是做了自己以前不敢做的事。在唸語言學校的期間，我周末都會自己安排各個景點去自助旅行，在旅行前不僅要做好功課，到了當地也要靠著地圖慢慢摸索，或是問旅遊服務中心。
住寄宿家庭，不過離學校搭公車通勤要三十分鐘，每天都會經過大橋，看到漂亮的海和無數艘帆船。我住的房間非常奢華，很大又一個人睡雙人床，還有一張書桌。對於住宿有一些限制，不過大致上還不錯，我有三個室友，偶爾也會和他們一起出去走走，感覺跟不同國家的同學上課很開心，也可以了解很多有別於台灣的不同的世界。
