Able to greet customers when enter store, promote items in store and do sales of item
Fun and energetic personality
Able to do some kind of sports. (Vans have events and those who can skateboard may be preferred as their sales associate may have to skateboard on these events)
Able to perform opening and closing of store (once familiar)
Able to ensure store is clean and tidy
Perform stocktaking duties
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
