工作内容
CEAs are expected and required to assist passengers with their queries, questions and any problems or issues that they may be facing in Singapore Changi Airport
CEAs will also be doing rovering duties; which is more a proactive role that require CEAs to be the first one to approach and assist passengers who are need of help. Such passengers can be identified from their body language or facial expressions that are really in need of help and faced difficulties finding the right avenue to seek for assistance.
RUMENERATION PACKAGE
The remuneration package for CEAs falls under 2 categories; Trial and Full-Time Package. Every individual will be tied to a training bond; such that if they fail to fulfil the training bond period, they will have to compensate the company the training bond penalty fee accordingly. Probation period will be for 5 months (inclusive of 1 month compulsory classroom training). During the 4 months of probation on ground, trainee CEAs will be rotated across all 4 terminals.
Trial Package
It is a 5 months trial contract (1 month training and 4 months’probation on ground) where the individual will be paid a remuneration of $1500 gross salary.
Basic Salary: $1250
Housing Allowance: $250
Total Gross for trial: $1500
The training bond for the 5 months trial contract is at $1500. If the individual wants to resign less than 5 months into service, they have to borne the $1500 training bond amount. Likewise, if the individual successfully completes the 5 months trial contract, and be offered a full-time employment, their remuneration will automatically be adjusted to $1950 gross salary (basic still remain at $1250). The gross salary breakdown for $1950 can be seen below.

Individual placed on this salary package will be as follow; 1 st month training gross salary breakdown;
Basic salary: $1250
Housing allowance: $250
Total Gross during 1 month training: $1500
4 months’ probation on ground gross salary breakdown;
Basic Salary: $1250
Housing Allowance: $250
Fixed Roving Allowance of S$150
Fixed Grooming Allowance of S$100
Fixed Shift Allowance of S$50
Total Gross during 4 months’ probation: $1800
After completion of 5 months’ probation gross salary breakdown (upon confirmation);
Basic Salary: $1250
Housing Allowance: $250
Fixed Roving Allowance of S$150
Fixed Grooming Allowance of S$100
Fixed Shift Allowance of S$50
Fixed Counter Allowance of S$150
Total Gross Salary upon confirmation: $1950
For those with special skills; for example; able to speak in Korean or Japanese (according to the language requirements); additional special skill allowance of $150, thus total remuneration will be at $2100.
The training bond for full-time package is at $3300 and it is a 1 year training bond. If the individual decides to resign less than 1 year of services, he/she have to borne the $3300 training bond amount.
TRAINING
All selected individuals will be required to undergo a compulsory 1 month (4 weeks) classroom training (Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm) before they are being deployed to ground for shift work to make sure they are well equipped with the knowledge and are well prepared prior to their official
deployment on ground as CEA.

All females CEAs are required to have full grooming (full-makeup) and hair to be tied in a French twist (natural black coloured hair only). We are very strict on grooming for CEAs as we have our own grooming standards that all have to adhere and follow strictly.
