Job Responsibilities:工作内容
1.提供貴賓會客戶優質服務，處理客人查詢或投訴
provide VIP club customers with quality services and handle guest inquiries or complaints.
2.具備團隊合作精神，需有效率地完成上級給予的各種指示
teamwork spirit and need to efficiently complete various instructions given by superiors.
3.細心聆聽貴賓需求，與相關部門建立良好工作關係以滿足貴賓需要
Listen carefully to VIP needs and establish a good working relationship with relevant departments to meet VIP needs
4.有效跟進現場客人服務及跟數
effectively follow up with on-site customer
5.協助客人進行語音電話或系統指令投注
Assist guests to place bets by voice call or system instructions.
